Instead of spending money on preperation, they've pocketed huge profits. In a lot of Europe, companies spent huge amounts of money laying fiber-obtic cables instead of saving money and using soon-to-be-outdated analog coaxial cables. :) Basically…the United States and it’s mega-telecomunication corporations haven’t prepared for the future.
