Hehehe…so I finally sat down to watch Michael Moore’s film called ‘Bowling For Columbine.’ My reaction? Holy shit. I had heard, when it first came out, how good it was and how everyone needed to see it. Now I see why. After watching it though, I was reminded of a question that I had come up with back when Fahrenheit 9/11 came out. Here goes:
Why is it that people who loved ‘Bowling For Columbine’ and said it was a great film/documentary, were suddenly anti-Michael Moore movies/docu-style after Fahrenheit?
I realize that a persons political perspective definitely had an impact on whether or not that person would like Fahrenheit, but to go from “loving” his documentaries to “he doesn’t make ‘documentaries’, he’s biased, and that guy sucks” seems pretty retarded.2 comments
