Dope ‘Football’ Juggling…
*Sorry for the very poorly chosen soundtrack…just put that shit on mute and bump some Dr. Oop to it.
Recommended TV: “Breaking Bad”…

One of my friends recommended this show to me a while back and I gotta admit, as soon as I heard that Bryan Cranston (the Dad from Malcom In The Middle) was in it, I was convinced it’d be good. I’ve since finished watching the series and man….I was friggin hooked from episode one. The first season aired early this year (2008) and luckily, it’s been picked up for a second season. The first season was extremely short, only seven episodes, but a LOT happens. Hehehe….this show is pretty nuts. There’s a couple of events and scenes (episode 2 & 3) that my girlfriend was so repulsed by, she refused to watch the rest of the episodes…heheh. I, on the other hand, couldn’t wait to watch each one.
I can honestly recommend this to all my friends out there. As usual, I don’t want to give away too much, but just to get peeps motivated to grab this; here’s the summary:
Breaking Bad follows protagonist Walter White (Bryan Cranston), a chemistry teacher who lives in New Mexico with his wife (Anna Gunn) and teenage son (RJ Mitte) who has cerebral palsy. White is diagnosed with Stage III cancer and given a prognosis of two years left to live. With a new sense of fearlessness based on his medical prognosis, and a desire to secure his family’s financial security, White chooses to enter a dangerous world of drugs and crime and ascends to power in this world. The series explores how a fatal diagnosis such as White’s releases a typical man from the daily concerns and constraints of normal society and follows his transformation from mild family man to a kingpin of the drug trade.
This is an AMC original series (which surprised me) and I can only hope they continue to put out this level of quality programing in the future. Main site: CLICK

Some Programs To Keep Your Computer Healthy…
I’ve gotten tons of emails and calls over the years for computer help from friends and family that want to know what they need to do to get rid of spyware/adware/viruses etc. Since I’ve typed this up on quite a few occasions, I figured I’d post it here and then it’ll be available from now on. I can simply post the link to this post and peeps can take action from there.
These three programs are what I run and recommend running on your computers. They’re all free and together, they can help keep most ‘crap’ from being installed on continuing to run on your system. Get them all:
Adaware = Adware/Spyware program. Run the install, updates, then scan whole computer. Use this once a month..update, then “smart scan”.
Click here or on the logo to the left to download.

…
Spybot= Adware/Spyware program. Same as above. Also, you can set this one to scan everyday automatically for you in Advanced settings. I recommend setting up daily scans.
Click here or on the logo to the left to download. (use first or second “download here” button)
AVG FREE = Free Anit-Virus solution. Set this up, update, let it run and update everyday. Be sure to set it to scan and update once a day. I usually set it to do this at 3 or 4am, when I know I’m most likely going to be asleep and away from the computer.
Click here or on the logo to the left to download.
**Some users have reported that the latest version of AVG free slows their computer down to unacceptable levels. AVG has said that they are working on speeding up some of the components, but if you install this and scans are taking 4 or 5 hours, you might want to try AVAST (which is also a free antivirus). I like AVG better, but Avast is very good as well. You can get that here.
*I recommend to save all these files to your Desktop (or somewhere that you will remember and then run them). You can delete the downloaded files once you’ve installed them.
These scans might take a while…but they’re the shit.
Good Luck

I was at an art show this weekend and a conversation reminded me of this little animated graffiti thing. I thought I’d already posted this here…but I guess not. So, for those that haven’t seen this….enjoy.
