It’s been a busy week for artwork at the TrendyInk studio…aka my house. I’m working on some other project stuff, but that keep motivating me to do these side projects and so here’s the latest addition. This one is called “Tres Flores” and I have no idea if that’s spelled right…but that’s not really the point now is it?

This one is a little different since I created the flowers and pot with a good old pencil and piece of paper. I traced that pencil sketch, then scanned it, imported to Photoshop and proceeded with coloring. Once I saw what that looked like, I got the idea to do the rest. And there you have it, my latest wallpaper inna dark style, with some cartoon style, and some funky electric madness thrown in.
I did two versions, because I was thinkin about a buddy of mine that like’s his desktop neat and not so LOUD, like most of my artwork. In an attempt to tone down the ‘in-your-facedness’ of this, I just shrunk down the main elements and left a lot of black. Check it out:
