Reggae: Apple Gabriel – Teach Them Right (2010)…

For those that don’t know, Apple Gabriel is part of the world famous, roots reggae group Israel Vibration. If you are familiar with their music, which you should be, then you already know what to expect from Apple. True to form, Mr. Gabriel stays on track with his latest solo release “Teach Them Right”. This album is pretty much exactly what most fans of foundation roots reggae are looking for, with each track on the disk worthy of playing. The album plays pretty rock solid from cover to cover. As a bonus, most tracks are followed by their ‘version’, which is the instrumental. This is especially cool for the Dj’s or those out there that just love to groove to the music.
Honestly, with so many solid tracks, I’m not even going to list favorites. I’ll just say that the album is definitely worth adding to the collection, so do what you gotta do and get yourself a copy.
Enjoy,
