Hahaha….fuck that. Just seeing those big ass sharks cruising around in fresh water is freaky. Next time I’m at a lake, I’ll try to keep this image from poppin into my head.

*These are bull sharks. Bull sharks are an especially nasty version of the species since they can a) live in fresh water for extended periods, and b) like to chew on and/or swallow anything in front of them. There is a case where a bull shark swam tens of miles up into a freshwater river from the ocean and attacked and killed a little girl. This was on the East coast of the US. Crazy shit.

Info from dude who filmed it: For those of you interested in the Sharks – they came in to the lake in 1996 after a massive flood in the area and the rivers nearby burst their banks. Since then we believe they have reproduced and there are up to approximately 12 sharks in the lake now. The lake is approx 90,000 m2 in size and up to 15 metres in depth. There are a heap of fish species and obviously enough to keep the sharks well fed.
