Gummy Bears: Answer To Fossil Fuels?…
Have you been wondering if Gummy Bears could do more than just rot your teeth? Like, say fuel your car, like the future version of the Delorean in Back To The Future III that turned garbage into a power source?
After watching this, I’ve decided that I’m not buying a new car until the gummy bear fueled car is invented and sold. Gummy bears have always been safe and, unlike oil, I’ve never seen any disaster happen due to spillage. It looks to me like gummy bears are obviously some volatile little guys that must have been overlooked because they don’t have the apeall and sexiness that corn (biofuel) does. If I’m right, and let’s face it, I most likely am, we’re going to see a lot more of the gummy bear in the near future. Goodbye fossil fuels, hello gummy treats that will make the world go round!

Here’s a note from Askew about this piece:
“All up I think it took 3.5 months, not full time but just plugging away over most weekends. It was (in order) Me, Berst, Ryze, Saves, Pest5, Deus, Mark and Kost. The photo maybe doesn’t do the size of it justice but none of our pieces could be done while standing direct on the ground. It was pretty much all done in can except some roller fill in the clouds. I hate to think how many cans we used but I’m pretty certain Berst and I alone used in excess of 120 cans each.”

I’ve been bumpin this lately and so here it is for all ya’ll to grab and enjoy too. This is from Dj JS-1′s blog:
Dj Skizz of The Halftime Radio Show, and myself, DJ JS-1, got together to do another classic mix… (if you didnt already download “REPROGRAM” our first mixtape, check the older posts n download it!) So this time around we decided to do a full mix using ONLY remixes. Many of these remixes are rare, uncommon, or not played out. We tried to narrow it down to remixes we personally liked because there is soo many. Most of these tracks are from the 90′s era. We did miss a few, but there’s always vol 2. Sooo, while many other djays are lazy with wack music knowledge, i do everything i can to keep bringing you good music, classic tracks, some rare hiphop, and never jumping ship to play cornball commercial nonsense. Zimbardo’s speech is cool on its own, but the RSAanimate dudes definitely hit the nail on the head with the animation. The dudes style is radical…simple, but dope. All done on a white board, which adds to the radicalness.
